It was less than 8 months ago when we were struggling with not having enough business to survive the quarter.  How times have changed…

In the past two quarters, we’ve been so successful in acquiring new accounts and growing our existing client relationships, we have a huge amount of new work.   With our focus on local, social, search and mobile, we have to add to the Sitewire ranks.

So, we’ve been on a hiring frenzy – 6 new people in 6 weeks.  In addition to our new president and director of social, we’ve added a top notch Web designer, a highly talented .Net developer and two very experienced interactive social and media experts.

Thanks to the horrible economy, we’ve hit the jackpot on the talent pool!  We’ve been able to recruit wildly talented, smart and motivated people like never before.  At the end of the day the new resources are going to make us even better at delivering great client service and innovative marketing solutions.

Now with all of this new talent we are crazy busy on boarding, orienting, training and assimilating our new team members. What a great problem to have!
