Greg
Chapman
president
Greg Chapman is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years of experience in direct response marketing and merchandising. As a former Divisional Vice President at Sears and VP of Merchandising at both Skymall and Value Vision (now Shop NBC), Greg is the ultimate frontman. He knows what clients want because he’s been in their shoes; he understands the fears they face in transitioning from traditional advertising to digital. His neo-corporate methodology focuses on building a strong, performance-based internal team to create a better performing external product; an approach that’s transforming Sitewire. In the last year, the agency has not only added to its client and employee roster extensively, it’s in the midst of its highest performing year to date.
Sandy
Catour
Chief operations officer
Sandy’s vast experience in accounting and operations (primarily for Fortune 500 companies) centers on process improvement, with success being measured by the bottom line. But when she signed on as the controller at Sitewire, she did so with the knowledge that her job would involve more than just accounting functions. Nine years later, she's Sitewire’s Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Sitewire, Sandy was a financial manager in the U.S. Air Force and a service contract manager for the Department of Defense's $35 million annual budget. In both instances, she was brought in to set up the financial processes and policies for accounting functions that did not exist. Sandy’s ability to take on process improvement projects helps automate and streamline Sitewire work procedures, saving the agency valuable time and money.

After graduating from ASU, Bret Giles planned media for Ketchum Advertising and The Sharper Image, before joining SkyMall, where he spent five years overseeing the production of its first catalog.
A few years later he moved to MicroAge, a Fortune 500 company, and met future business partner Margie Traylor. A short time later, the two left to start Sitewire, where Bret has collaborated on ideas with great clients and employees alike to create measured, never-before-seen marketing outcomes.
Bret is the recipient of numerous honors, including a 'Forty Under 40' Award, a 'Best Bosses' Award from Fortune Small Business magazine, an 'SBDC Master Small Business Success' Award and an ‘ASU Alumni' Award from the WP Carey Spirit of Enterprise Center. Margie
Traylor
Co-Founder
Margie created Sitewire with one clear desire… to prove that a company could be run with heart and still be successful. She credits her father for giving her that dream and Bret Giles, her business partner, for helping to make it a reality.
Margie began her career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse and later moved to MicroAge, a Fortune 500 Company, where she became Vice President of Electronic Commerce. It was there she met future Sitewire co-founder, Bret Giles.
Described by both business associates and friends as compassionate, sincere, giving and exceptional, it's Margie's dedication to maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees that is among her most outstanding qualities. She imbues Sitewire with this same strength of character and fortitude. Her passion lies in helping those around her achieve their greatest potential.
It’s this selfless business approach that caught the attention of the U.S. Small Business Administration, who named Margie Arizona’s 2010 Small Business Person of the Year. Margie has also been the recipient of the Distinguished Women's Award from Northwood University.
